Welcome! I’m Barbara Dern, a LPC offering telehealth counseling in Arkansas, Missouri and Idaho. I specialize in using emotionally focused therapy in combination with more traditional cognitive based approaches to encourage clients to connect their emotions and cognitions to become the best version of themselves. I also embrace creative ways to help clients explore their emotions.
